One such company is the innovative global iced-drinks manufacturer Polar Krush , based in northeast England , which has pledged to remove all single-use plastic from its range by the end of the year . Michael Reid , Sales Director at Polar Krush , picks up its story : “ We ’ ve always been ethical when it comes to environmental issues . We want to do the best for the world . It ’ s our ethos .”
Initially , Polar Krush encountered obstacles similar to many organisations in the beverage industry .
