Wever in an industrial engineering graduated in 1983 from the Texas A & M University , same institution from where he received a Master Degree in Science . Since 1986 he started working for Corporacion Multi Inversiones ( CMI ), and in 2009 he was appointed Executive Chairman of CMI ’ s Animal Industry Division , Division Industrial Pecuaria .
