The annual event aims to showcase the latest innovations in the foodservice industry , including new equipment and technologies . As well as this , it also offers opportunities to hear from and network with industry leaders . Last year ’ s event made history for the fourth year in a row because , at more than 715,000 sq . ft and with over 65,000 people in attendance , it was the largest show in the association ’ s history .
